During her long career in the field of Human Resources Management, Mariella has worked with leading multinational companies Glaxo and Toyota Hellas SA– Inchcape plc., as well as Greek companies, in roles such as Talent Acquisition & Development Manager and HR Manager.
As an HR Consultant, Trainer and Executive Coach, Mariella has participated in a variety of projects in Greece and abroad. She collaborated with teams that range from Top Management Executives to Sales and Customer Service front line staff. The main subject areas of her engagements are Communication, Self-Development, Leadership, Management, Customer Mentality, and Team Spirit & Bonding.
Mariella has earned a BSc in Business Administration-Marketing Management from Deree College, The American College of Greece, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School of London, UK. She is an Executive Coach as well as a Team Coach, accredited by EMCC Global.
She holds a skipper diploma for offshore sailing, has taken part in racing and cruising, and is experienced in team development activities on board sailing yachts.
Apostolos Kalpakas is skilled and experienced as a consultant, executive coach, and facilitator. He balances his clients’ curiosity and openness with a keen awareness of the nuances and particulars of the corporate environment. Apostolos’ attention is focused on highlighting individual contributions and guiding leaders to achieve their desired outcomes for professional and personal development. He specializes in team building, customer mentality, motivation, and global leadership development.

He is a qualified and seasoned racing sailing skipper, who also conducts team development programs on board sailing yachts.
Alex is an executive coach with 20 years of corporate line management experience.
He is a firm believer of the idea that corporate results are the outcome of how much people put into achieving them. Placing the focus on people, rather than on results alone, makes both grow in a mutually satisfactory and sustainable way.
Alex spent his corporate career in the telecommunications and banking sectors, where he served line management positions in the fields of marketing, operations, customer service, IT and HR. He understands first‑hand what it is like to work in complex and demanding environments.
Alex’s passion for coaching originated from realizing, during his corporate years, that, more often than not, people perform below their true potential for various reasons. No matter their level of education, past achievements or seniority. He saw a tremendous opportunity to help people close that gap.
Alex holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He is a formally trained and ICF PCC certified coach serving corporate and individual clients worldwide.
